REFUND POLICY

DIGITAL SERVICE POLICY
Due to the nature of our digital subscription service, which provides immediate access to premium content including sports picks, trading insights, and live Zoom sessions, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription period has begun.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account by following these steps:
- Log in to your PayPal account
- Go to Settings → Payments
- Click "Manage automatic payments"
- Find Profitability of All Trades and click Cancel
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your membership benefits until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
EXCEPTIONS
We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- Technical issues that prevented access to the Service
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Request made within 24 hours of initial subscription with no content accessed
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
If you believe you qualify for a refund exception, please contact us at: support@profitabilityofalltrades.com
Please include:
- Your account email
- PayPal transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or documentation
PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method through PayPal.
